We are just 1 day away from the big auctions here in Monterey! Legendary Motorcar will of course be at all the major auctions this year taking a look at all the headline cars being rolled across the block. Already we can tell 2018 is going to be a huge year for the Monterey Car Week with all major auctions bringing out some heavy hitters.
Gooding & Company have a stacked line up including:
- 1955 Ferrari 500 Mondial Series II (estimated to bring $5.5 - $7.5 Million)
- 1966 Ferrari 275 GTB/C (estimated to bring $12 - $14 Million)
- 1935 Duesenberg SSJ (estimated to bring in excess of $20 Million)
RM Sothebys is bringing one of the most anticipated vehicles of 2018:
- 1962 Ferrari 250 GTO (estimated to bring $45 - $60 Million)
- 1966 Ford GT40 Mk II (estimated to bring $9 -$12 Million)
- 1963 Aston Martin DP215 Prototype (estimated to bring $18 - $22 Million)
Mecum Auctions has some amazing supercars being sold including:
- 2017 Ford GT (estimated to bring $1.7 - $1.9 Million)
- 2014 Ferrari LaFerrari (estimated to bring $3 - $3.3 Million)
- 1995 Ferrari F50 (estimated to bring $3.7 - $4.9 Million)
Bonhams and their Quail Lodge Auction also have an impressive line up featuring:
- 1962 Ferrari 250 GT SWB Berlinetta (estimate unavailable)
- 1937 Mercedes-Benz 540K Sports Roadster (estimated to bring $3.5 - $5.5 Million)
- 2018 Bugatti Chiron (estimated to bring $3.3 - $3.9 Million)
To top it all off Sunday, August 26 is The 2018 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance! Some classes and marques that are going to be featured this year include:
