The biggest of these changes coming in the engine compartment, the familiar 5.4L supercharge DOHC engine has been tweaked further to 550 hp, but most notably, the entire motor, including the block, is aluminum. The results are a weight saving of over 100 lbs off the nose of the car making for much improved handling characteristics!
