2010 Dodge Viper ACR Snakeskin Edition

LMC is very proud to offer for sale this 2010 Dodge Viper ACR Snakeskin Edition  

  The first ACR was introduced in 1999 and was aimed at track enthusiasts wanting to drive to the track and back. Named after the American Club Racing, the ACR turned the Viper into a hardcore track monster capable of setting records on the Nürburgring. 

  The second generation ACR Viper was built for 2008-2010 with Dodge claiming they were going to end production of the Viper in 2010. To celebrate the end of the Viper platform, Dodge released the ACR Snakeskin edition of which were limited in production to only 30 units. The 2010 Snakeskin Edition came specially painted in Snakeskin Green with Black stripes along with specially embroidered carpets and a numbered plaque of the center console. Among all the special edition ACR models produced in 2010, the Snakeskin edition is the rarest and most desirable among them.

  For the 2010 model year, the ACR received a host of upgrades over the normal Viper including: two-piece brake rotors, adjustable suspension, and significant aerodynamic enhancements that included a front splitter, canards and a carbon fiber adjustable rear wing. The engine received no modifications, so power and torque remain at 600 hp and 560 lb-ft from the V10 backed by a six-speed manual as the only transmission option. Lightweight forged aluminum Sidewinder wheels were optimized to achieve a lower rotating unsprung mass. Finished in gloss black paint, they wear Michelin Pilot Sport Cup DOT-approved (street legal) race tires, providing enhanced grip on the track. With these upgrades, the ACR viper went to Nurburgring and set a new production car lap record beating the previous record holder by 2.5 seconds. 

  The ACR presented here for sale is #23 of the 30 built and delivered new through Woodhouse Chrysler in Sioux City, IA. Since new this ACR has only accumulated 7,000 miles with only two owners. Included in the sale are the owner’s manuals, window sticker, warranty, and navigation manual. 

  With the end of Viper production in 2017, the ACR Snakeskin Edition remains one of the most desirable versions of the Viper and a favorite among collectors. These cars rarely come up for sale and are extremely hard to find in this condition.
