LMC is very proud to offer for sale this 2010 Dodge Viper SRT10 Coupe
The Dodge Viper was introduced to the world in 1991 after years of development and the help of none other than Carroll Shelby himself. The all-new Viper shares a lot of its DNA with the original Shelby Cobra as it is a front engine, rear wheel drive, raw-driving machine with a high horsepower engine and no driver aids to help you!
The fourth generation of the Viper (2007-2010) was developed with some help from McLaren and Ricardo Consulting Engineers which increased the power of the naturally aspirated V10 from 510hp to 600hp. This was done by increasing engine displacement from 8.3L to 8.4L, new high flowing heads with larger valves, and a new exhaust system with variable valve timing and dual throttle bodies. These changes allowed the car to reach 60mph in just 3.7 seconds!
The example offered here for sale was purchased new from Baxter Dodge in Omaha, Nebraska and factory ordered in Bright Silver Metallic with blue painted stripes. As per the window sticker, the first owner ordered it with suede microfiber seats with leather trim, light arc instrument panel, light arc shifter bezel and dual blue painted stripes. Throughout its ownership history it has been well maintained and driven sparingly, accumulating only 430 miles from new!
The Dodge Viper has always been a great overall sports car with exceptional lineage and motorsport roots. With the recent end of production (2017), these cars are limited and are starting to garner more attention as future collectibles. Included with the sale is the original window sticker, manuals, pdi wrapping and more. This example being ultra low mileage and still wrapped in factory plastics is a great addition to any collection.
