Released in for the 2007 model year, the Shelby GT500 was to be the newest high performance Mustang to come out of Ford's in house hot rod shop called Special Vehicle Team. A continuation of the very popular SVT Cobra, it also coincidentally marked the 40 model year anniversary since the first Shelby GT500 hit the market. Obviously if Shelby was going to allow his name to be used in conjunction with this car, it had to be a world class performing vehicle, and it did not disappoint.

Painted the black with silver stripes, complimented by the Shelby interior package in black with black accents and Cobra embroidered seats and optional Shaker 500 sound system. This striking example of the modern GT500 has travelled only 14650 miles [235700 km] since new. Powered by a supercharged version of Ford's 5.4L DOHC engine, it is factory rated at 500 hp and 475 tire roasting lb/ft of torque, all this power goes to the ground through a T-56, 6-speed manual transmission and 3.31 ratio rear gears. This completely un-molested GT500 retains all its factory components and has been well maintained and is ready to drive and enjoy .
