Ford in house hot rodders the Special Vehicle Team or SVT, had been modifying the Mustang since the 1993 model year. Over the years they began giving the cars more horsepower and greater handling abilities over the standard Mustang, turning Cobra from being just a muscle car, to a very respectable sports car. For the 2003 model year, SVT went a little crazy, with the Fox chassis about to be retired; they wanted to go out with a bang. Independent rear suspension, upgraded Cobra four wheel disc brakes, SVT tuned suspension, T-56 6-speed transmission all built around the centerpiece motor, a 4.6L DOHC 32v engine upgraded by an Eaton M112 roots style supercharger, all developing 390hp and 390 lb/ft of torque.

This extremely clean 2003 Cobra Convertible is painted Black with a black convertible top and complimented by the Cobra specific black leather/grey suede interior. All Cobra's came loaded with all amenities including the 6 disc in-dash Mach sound system, power windows, power door locks, rear defrost (including convertibles), air conditioning, Cobra specific front/rear fascias,   17" wheels and the now synonymous with   SVT products - white faced gauges. With only 3760 miles [ 6051 k] showing on the odometer this Cobra is in like new condition. As If this car wasn't enough fun already, It also comes with performance exhaust system by Borla and cold air intake system. An incredible car from the factory and a Mustang which has achieved almost a cult status amongst tuners, this Terminator Cobra is ready to handle whatever the next part of its history has to offer.
