The Aston Martin Company was under the Ford Motor Company corporate umbrella at the time it was launched at the 1999 London Motor show, replacing the six cylinder DB7. The silky smooth all alloy, twin-overhead camshaft, 48 valve , 6.0-litre V12 engine generates 420 bhp and is couple to a 6 speed twin clutch transmission.
