Concept cars are well known for their ability to capture the hearts and minds of the public. With their elaborate designs and in many instances very creative engineering solutions they stand out from the crowd at each annual car show. The Plymouth Prowler was no exception; in 1993 the concept was revealed during the North American auto show in Detroit Michigan and made a lasting impression. With production in 1997 and 1999 - 2002 just over 11,700 units were produced including a few special editions making it a very sought after retro styled convertible. In 2001 Production ceased under the Plymouth name and was to be continued under Chrysler badging.

Named after the legendary Mulholland Drive in Southern California, this very special edition Prowler is exclusively finished in stunning Midnight Blue Paint with a complementing hand painted pin stripe along the body. Since all Prowlers were completely hand-built at Chrysler's famous Conner Avenue Assembly, they have European standard build quality. The car sits as one super slick head-turner that exhibits a perfect combination style and technology. Power is derived from the 3.5L V6 engine producing an impressive 253hp and paired to a 42LE 4-speed auto stick transmission making the lightweight Prowler produce excellent performance and acceleration figures. If all of that wasn’t enough this example has clearly been meticulously maintained and travelled a mere 10,780 miles since new and owned by true collectors. It comes complete with the original window sticker, owners manual, personal note from team leader, tire warranty pamphlet, car warranty pamphlet, 2nd key, plus more.   

Not often is a modern car factory built with old hot rod styling. On top of all that, this low-mileage garage queen is an exceptionally fun 2-seater that features a sporty V6, excellent driving dynamics and looks that is sure to receive some attention.
