This is one of the most desirable cars in today's muscle car market, this is the famous 1977 Trans Am just like the one that was used in the Movie Smokey and the Bandit. This pristine sample of Trans Am comes from own of the best Trams Am private collection in the US , with only 6,800 original miles this car is unique. Pop up the hood and you will find the original 6,6 liter Pontiac 400 ci engine that works like a Swiss clock, everything in the engine compartment is factory correct, including the Quadra jet Rochester Carburetor, of course all numbers match in this fine survivor sample.

Opening the door of this T/A is like jumping back to the showroom floor in 1977, a true time capsule, all the gold appointments that are part of the Y82 Special Appearance package are in untouched condition. The deluxe Lombardy cloth seats show no fade on them, carpet is also like new and is even still protected by its original factory rubber mats that are also like new. The gold anodized formula steering wheel and the gold swirled dash bezel are in unbelievable ageless condition. Power Windows go up and down lightning fast, Power locks work like the day it left the showroom floor, A/C blows ice cold. Look to the rear of the car and you will find black anodized exhaust tips, they were only installed in early production cars and then discontinued due to high cost of black chroming! Original Uniroyal steel belted tires from 1977 in like new condition still on the original "honeycomb" wheels. It has to be one of the lowest mileage '77 Bandit T/A's on the planet! Making this Trans Am even more special is the long list of original documentation that comes with it. From a build sheet to the original financing agreement from June 1, 1977 when it was purchased, pay stubs for every monthly payment, original title renewal forms and of course PHS documentation with much more. The original owners of this car retained if for many years, but when they finally parted ways it ended up in the collection of Mr. Hal Steinbrenner and even retains a copy of the title in his name! This car is a fully functional, original example of one of the most recognizable cars in the world.
