The Legendary Toyota FJ was produced for the United States market for 23 years and other global markets even longer. They have always been notoriously rugged work horses capable of traversing some of the most unforgiving terrain on the planet. Built initially as direct competition to the Land Rover products, the FJ even found itself encroaching on the Jeep market!! As a nature of the product, the FJ's of the world do not typically live easy lives and are usually driven and used until there is almost nothing left of them, making beautifully restored or original examples worthy of restoration very rare finds. As a result of this the collector market for exceptional examples of the model has recently been rising in value.

Having been treated to a very recent and complete restoration, this 1972 Toyota FJ40 is a great example. Finished in bright red with grey upholstery interior, this FJ shows beautifully, far better than it most likely did the day it rolled off the assembly line. The 3.8L inline 6 cylinder engine has been built and detailed very well and it rides on 31x10.5 BF Goodrich tires. Everything from the interior, bumpers to the chrome and emblems has been restored making this a very complete, turn key FJ40. It is an impressive 4x4 for one of the many Toyota FJ40 enthusiasts or the growing number of collectors seeking pristine examples of these all terrain legend.
