1970 Plymouth Cuda AAR

Fully Documented AAR

Various manufacturers racing programs resulted some of the most impressive and desirable street cars of the muscle car era. The Trans Am series in particular created some of the most brands synonymous with performance, BOSS 302, the Camaro Z/28 and the MOPAR twins, AAR Cuda and Challenger T/A.

This Cuda is a very rare example of a restored car in its original spec EV2 Hemi Orange color as built on April 14th 1970. Equipped with its numbers matching 340 6 barrel motor, it is also equipped with the legendary heavy duty Torqueflite automatic transmission with power brakes and steering. The interior of this 'Cuda is done in black vinyl, is equipped with ralley pack instrument cluster and tachometer with wood grain dash. One of the most unique and distinctive characteristics of the AAR has to be the mat black fibreglass hood and fresh air hood scoop with tie down pins, perfectly accented by the Orange paint. Being an AAR it comes factory equipped with the 26" radiator as well. Having been completely restored from the ground up, the EV2 paint has been sanded and polished to a show quality shine, the interior shows beautifully and the engine emitting a distinctive rumble from the AAR side exit exhaust. Making this Cuda even more special is the fact that it is documented with not one but two factory build sheets to show its full authenticity, carefully removed and preserved during restoration.
