1970 Ford Mustang Mach 1

For 1970 Ford made some minor cosmetic changes to the Mustang. In cleaning up the look there were now only two headlights in place of the four in 1969; the scoops on the quarter panels were removed and the Mach 1 black out hood was gone in favour of a stripe up the center. Fortunately the drivetrains remains largely the same and the popular Mach 1 model was still available for those seeking performance.

This particular Mustang Mach 1 was rolled off the Metuchen factory with the desirable options you see on it today. Starting with the eye catching "Grabber Blue" paint which is perfectly accented by the white interior, the car was also equipped with such features as power steering, power assisted front disc brakes, sport deck rear seat and the very desirable factory shaker hood. It has been tastefully restored with beautiful paint and a mostly original interior. The Magnum 500 wheels complete the great overall look along with the sport slats on the rear window. It is of course fully documented including the original dealer invoice, original build sheet pulled from the car and also a Deluxe Marti Report. Also coming with the car are lots of previous invoices for restoration work completed and much more.
