The Ford Mustang was and is one of the most popular American Muscles that ever hit the market. The first generation Mustangs were some of the best-selling and iconic cars to drive the streets. They were so popular in fact, that for the 1970 model year alone, Ford produced 190,727 Ford Mustangs. In 1970, Ford implemented a new performance engine to replace the 351 Windsor V8, the 351 Cleveland V8, in a 2 and a 4-barrel option.

This 1970 Ford Mustang Convertible was built at the Dearborn, Michigan Assembly Plant on April 7th, 1970, and sold new at Holiday Ford Sales August, 4,1970. It is powered by the desirable M-Code 351 Cleveland V8 4-Barrel that produces 300HP, and has the FMX Cruise-O-Matic Automatic Transmission. The Mustang is finished in its factory J-Code Grabber Blue Paint which is in great shape and shows very well. Its Black Rhino/Corinthian Vinyl Bucket Seats is also in great shape as well and makes this Mustang 1 of only 98 made with this paint/trim combination. The car includes many desirable factory options such as; an electric dash clock, a shaker hood scoop, power front disc brakes, power steering, color keyed racing mirrors, power convertible top, and competition suspension. This Mustang also comes with a full Marti Report, confirming all the original options and powertrain.
