On that day a very fortunate customer was picking up their brand new Chevrolet Chevelle SS. Clearly this individual was quite particular about their car as they saved not only the original Protect-O-Plate for their car but also the Car Shipper Form, dealer PDI form, original key plugs with key numbers and of course the owners manuals. Fortunately for the avid collector all these documents remain with the car today and through these documents we can tell that this car was very well equipped. Factory finished in very rare and desirable Shadow Gray paint with black stripes it also has a full bucket interior in black with center console. Powering this car is the numbers matching 396 engine in 350hp form with automatic transmission, power steering, SS wheels and tinted glass. Today the car remains an excellent example of the very desirable 1970 model Chevelle SS. And more importantly a car that is a real big block SS which has been showcasing the desirable Shadown Gray livery since new. A great find for the collector or Chevelle enthusiast.
