The aggressive, angular lines of the Chevrolet Stingray had a very dramatic impact on the automotive marketplace. The sleek profile and potent engines have forever been engrained in the hearts and minds of automotive enthusiast. It was wider and lower than any other corvette up to that point. After a year's absence, the Stingray name was back on Corvette's, but now as one word, not two. The 1969 Corvette was the second year for the third-generation, or C3 series, of America's premier sports car. The standard engine was now a 350 cubic-inch V8, with optional big block 427 engines with the Tri-Power big-block motor that used a trio of two-barrel carburetors to pump out up to 435 horsepower.

This beautifully restored Corvette is finished in stunning Tuxedo black paint which has been meticulously polished to a show finish. Open the hood and you will find a strong running, Tri-Power big block engine equipped with L89 aluminum heads and a 4 speed transmission shifted by a very precise Hurst shifter in place of the original Chevrolet piece. The interior is black vinyl, with tilt/telescopic steering wheel, three point seat belts, power windows, power brakes, power steering, removable T roof and removable rear glass window. This car rolls on Corvette Rally rims with chrome trim rings wrapped in modern radial tires for improved ride, handling and to control the power from the big block motor. This car has been well restored with great emphasis on quality of mechanical and cosmetic elements. The body and paint are a true testament of the attention to detail it received, but the car was also very well setup to be driven and enjoyed.
