Very rarely do cars come along like this Corvette, a fully documented, never restored, original paint example. Sold by GM Foreign Distributors Division out of Dee's Chevrolet in Biloxi Mississippi. The car was specifically ordered on December 28^th 1966 by Col. Stanley R. Lovell of the USAF while stationed in Vietnam. The Colonel ordered the car just as you see it here today and just the way many of us would have with the highly sought after L71 427/435 hp engine, 4spd transmission, factory side exhaust, aluminum bolt on wheels with red line tires, telescopic steering column, am/fm radio, positraction, F41 special front and rear suspension, Transistor ignition, power disc brakes and finished in Marlboro Maroon paint with a saddle interior. Not only does this car have its original exterior paint, the interior has not been restored and the undercarriage is texted book original with all factory markings and never a spray bomb applied to it!!!! Of course the engine, transmission and rear end are original numbers matching installed from the factory. The car is fully documented with tank sticker, warranty book with protecto plate, original purchase order, complete ownership history, mileage log, multiple previous state registrations, plastic owners pouch with manuals and more.
