This particular Mustang convertible was built July 12 of 1966 in the same livery you see it today, Candy Apple Red with a black bucket seat interior. Equipped with the 289 V8 engine and automatic transmission this Mustang also has power steering and power assisted brakes making it an absolute joy to drive. The car was treated to a complete ground up restoration and shortly after started making appearances at multiple shows throughout the southern areas of the USA, taking awards home everytime. Some of the awards this convertible received include two MCA Grand National 1^st place awards, 4 National MCA 1^st place awards and one Grand National with three National prizes at AACA events. Shortly after the awards began coming in the car was also the feature cover car of Mustang Monthly.
