Initially released to the public in 1946, with only minor changes the Willys Overland Wagon would stay in production straight through until 1964. Often viewed as the first American built SUV, it was also the first "wagon" to be built using a steel body and not a full "woody". Their practicality and ruggedness gained them a loyal following when new as well as today as a collector vehicle.

This 1960 Willys Wagon has been fully restored from the ground up in the very attractive shade of Sierra Blue with matching blue interior. In addition to all the body and paint work being done, the restorer also did a terrific job of restoring the exterior wood paneling as well as the wood trim also found on the interior. Being a 1960 model, this Wagon is powered by the inline 6 cylinder 226 cubic inch "Super Hurricane" engine with 3 speed transmission, two speed 4x4 differential and manual locking front hubs. The Willys Wagon has got a terrific look and this particular example has been through a complete restoration and drives as well as it shows. This is a great Wagon for someone searching for a unique, practical 4x4 to have fun with, one which has already been through the costly restoration process and is ready to go.
