LMC is proud to offer for sale this 1959 Chevrolet Apache 3100

  The Chevrolet Task Force series of pickup trucks were launched in 1955 as the replacement for the aging Advance Design series of trucks released in June 1947. Available with the 265 cubic inch Small Block V8, as well as amenities such as power steering, power brakes, and air conditioning, they were some of the most comfortable and luxurious trucks available at the time. 

  This is a magnificent example of a 1959 Apache 3100 Fleetside that has been the recipient of a concours style frame-off nut and bolt restoration. The exterior boasts an incredible Galway Green and Pure White paint scheme that perfectly encapsulates the styling of its era. The body is straight with paint that has been wet sanded and polished to a glass like reflection. The chrome and trim have been re-plated, polished and shined to a show quality like finish. The turquoise and white theme is continued on the inside, with white vinyl and contrasting cloth adorning the interior. Power comes from a virtually indestructible Thriftmaster 235 cubic inch inline six engine mated to a rare four-speed manual transmission. Underneath, the undercarriage has been detailed to look practically better than showroom new, as does the engine bay. As well, the truck bed has been refinished with new wood and stainless trim. With only test miles since completion, this truck remains a true work of art.
