1956 Ford F100

LMC is very proud to offer for sale this 1956 Ford F100.

The 1956 model year brought some changes to Fords F-Series truck line up. Most significantly were the design changes to the windshield, using a wraparound style windshield moving the post back and moving away from the “Slant” design of the 53-55’s. Slight changes to headlights and grilles all added up to what many people deem the most attractive pickup produced.

This 1956 Ford F100 had a frame off restoration that was finished in the summer of 2014. Since completion, the truck has driven a mere 1,300 miles. The restoration saw many new features introduced to the truck including; a rebuilt 351 Cleveland 4-barrel engine, a rebuilt automatic transmission, front disc brakes, GPS/Navigation system with remote, “Ididit” custom steering column, “Billet” custom steering wheel, and a “Gaylord” tonneau cover ordered from California. Several luxury features have been added during restoration as well, including; power steering, power windows, power locks, vintage air conditioning, leather bucket seats, leather headliner, leather door panels, and a leather center console. The truck has also been lowered to give it the classic street rod look. It is painted in a vibrant Cherry Red Metallic finish that is accented by the custom chrome rims.

Few street rod trucks are as well done as this 1956 Ford F100. The modern luxuries mixed with the vintage look and feel of this truck create a unique and very special driving experience.
